All returns require preauthorization and must be accompanied by an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number).

To request an RMA#: 

Go to your order history: select the order (details), selected the items and confirm with request a return or Contact us by e-mail: or by contact form:

If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

A 10% restocking fee may be assessed if the original packaging has been opened, or if the item has been used and/or is not returned in original condition.

Seeds: We will accept authorized returns of unopened seed within 14 days of the original order received date.

Live Plant Material and Bulbs: We cannot accept returns of live plant stock and bulbs. If you receive a damaged plant or bulb, contact us immediately.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and issue a credit.

If you paid by credit card, the credit will be applied to your credit card account. Please note that it can take from 2–5 business days for the credit is visible on your statement, depending upon your credit institution's policies.

If you paid by PayPal, we will refund you trough PayPal to the funding source you paid.

If you paid by Bank transfer or Crypto, please note the Bank details / Crypto address / PayPal address where you would get the refund in the return form.
