Items are shipped from Ukraine. Countries have widely differed Phytosanitary arrangements, some countries regulate or restrict imports of plant materials, which may include seeds. Please be aware that import customs clearance is beyond our control. Please first check that the goods you wish to order are allowed into your country.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipment as “gifts “.
Phytosanitary Certificates: When an order requires a phytosanitary certificate (additional paid service). Please contact us BEFORE you order if your country requires one.
Please note that we are unable to obtain a phytosanitary certificate for any type of pelleted seed, as the clay coating obstructs the seed from view.
EU Countries: With the new EU import regulations, we are unable to ship seed to EU member countries. We will update here if something changes.
U.S.: You need either a permit for obtaining a small lot of seeds (free of charge, online application) details you find here: US shipments or a phytosanitary certificate (additional paid service). Tomato and Pepper seeds always requires a phytosanitary certificate. The cost for the certificate will be added to the shipping fees during checkout.
Returned Mail: If a package has returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping.
Information for international shipping: refused/Unclaimed Mail: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will be refunded minus 5 USD shipping and handling fee.
