Very cold-resistant Italian variety withstands frosts down to -20C (-4F) but also tolerates the summer heat. Palm-shaped plants grows 90-200cm (35-78in.) tall. Straight, smoky black-green leaves, about 60cm (24in.) long, wrinkled like a tall Savoy cabbage. Sow from early spring to early fall. Can be harvested throughout the winter.
